mY GROWN-UP & ME ART CLASS
The Somers Point Arts Commission is offering an ART CLASS for children 1st to 4th Grade along with their favorite grown-up (parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, babysitter, etc.). Instructor, Christine O’Brien will instruct the child/adult pair in Andy Warhol Style Printmaking.
*** Please note, the grown-up caregiver must be 18 years or older and must be present for the class and willing to work on the art project with the child.
DETAILS
Saturday morning 4/27 is still available (the 4/6 and 4/20 classes have been filled), 10am to Noon, Somers Point Senior Center, 22 N. Ambler Road.
The adult/child pair will choose one Saturday to attend and REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. CLICK HERE to sign-up.

This group will meet monthly, the third Sunday of the month, from 10:00am to 11:30am, at the Somers Point Senior Center, 22 N. Ambler Road, Somers Point.

who are we?
The Somers Point Arts Commission was formed by the City of Somers Point in 2013 by Ordinance #13-2006, Resolution #99-2013. Its mission is to provide, promote and cultivate the Arts in Somers Point through support and coordination of community services and resources. Additional functions, purposes and goals exist to market and promote the City's cultural and performing arts.
The Arts Commission consists of 9 members who are appointed by City Council by resolution at the January reorganization meeting each year or at any subsequent regular meeting. Meetings are held the 4th Monday of the month (except in Dec.) at City Hall at 6PM. The public is invited and will have an opportunity to comment. Minutes are taken at each meeting and are on file at the City Clerk’s Office. They are available to the public upon request.
